FAQs

INDUSTRIAL ACCIDENT Frequently Asked Questions

Okay… inside scoop on the documentary:

We are so happy to have a final version of the film and soundtrack available for you all. Based on inquiries from North America and Europe we wanted to give a quick FAQ list in the hope of quickly answering some of the common questions we have received.

Q: I missed all the festival and Ministry tour theater screenings. Will I be able to see this again on the big screen?
A: We really tried to get this film in as many thearers around North America for festivals and the tour we did with Vans. However beause of some details with our music licensing, we are only permitted a limited amount of theater screenings. We have almost used them up but have a few more up our sleeves that we are saving for Europe. We will be notifying subscribers of all upcoming screenings as well as other news related to the film. Add your name to the list at: www.waxtraxfilms.com/contact/.

Q: Will I ever be able to buy this on DVD or stream it somewhere?
A: Yes. It is available now at waxtrax.com and download on AppleTV, Amazon Prime and Google Play/YouTube Streaming.

Q: I work with a film festival here in (Insert your city) and would love to screen Industrial Accident. Can we make this happen?
A: Unfortunately, most likely – No. THis isn’t because we don’t want to but more about our licensing agreements that we have been talking about. We have finished our festival licensing in 2018-2019 and can’t go back without paying each music cue in the film. We are sorry and wish we were able to be more flexible.

Q: I’m involved in a Magazine, Blog, Web Series, Radio Show, Theater, DJ night, Beauty pageants, Muscle beach parties, Satanic rituals, etc. and would love to figure out how we can work with Wax Trax! Do you guys ever do interviews, sponsor stuff, etc.?
A: Short answer… Absolutely!
Long answer… We look at the artists, staff and fans as a big family. If there is anything we can do to help spread this history and art among that family we will. Send over a description and links of what you do and where you do it. We get a ton of requests and really love to help anyway we can. Unfortunately, if you catch us when we’re already spread pretty thin, don’t be bummed if we have to pass.

Q: I’m in a band and I would be perfect for Wax Trax! Records. Do you want to sign me?
A: We have no doubt that your band is awesome and would be a good fit on the label. However, what many folks don’t realize is that the Wax Trax! label was driven exclusively by its founders Jim Nash & Dannie Flesher. Because they have both now passed and out of immense respect, we see ourselves more as custodians of all the amazing art they created. What they did was very special and it is our opinion that it would be a disservice to their life work to try and create a “New Wax Trax!”.

Lots of great things happening this year. In the meantime, just to be sure you’re kept in the loop: if you’re interested in receiving updates, please subscribe to our email list at waxtraxfilms.com/contact/.
